By using our compost collection service, you agree to the following:

Pickup Schedule: We do our best to maintain regular pickups, but weather, holidays, or emergencies may cause delays. We'll notify you of any changes.

Bin Care: You are responsible for keeping your bin accessible and agree to only use it for compost collection and storage. Missed pickups due to blocked or contaminated bins may not be rescheduled.

Accepted Materials: Only approved compostable items may be placed in the bin. Non-compostable or hazardous waste may result in service suspension.

Service Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing, pickup days, or policies with reasonable notice.

Liability: We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of our service, including missed pickups or bin placement.
