Refund Policy

We do our best to keep things simple and fair. Here’s how our refund policy works:

All of our compost collection plans renew automatically each month.
You’re welcome to cancel anytime, and your plan will end at the close of your current billing cycle.
Please note: we don't currently issue refunds for months that have already auto-renewed.

When you join, there’s a one-time buy-in of $10 per bucket. Here’s what happens when you finish service:

Bucket Returned (with your last pickup): You can choose either a $8 refund or a small thank-you gift from the farm (like fresh eggs, homemade bread, or another seasonal goodie).
No Bucket Returned: We aren’t able to issue a refund or provide a gift.
